This commercial park is located in the heart of Europe, in the dynamic metropolitan area of the Ruhr region and offers excellent opportunities for companies of different sizes with a mix of different available sites with modern technical equipment. With Bochum’s "UniverCity" with 60,000 students consisting of the Ruhr University and eight other universities, the city is a true science location and generates state-of-the-art know how.
